Our youth programs aim to foster the overall development and success of youth in a safe, caring environment.
SO WE CAN ALL LEARN AND GROW
Share the Warmth’s youth programs
Children and youth in Montreal’s Sud-Ouest borough have more than their share of economic and social hurdles to overcome. At Share the Warmth we believe in giving kids the tools they need today, for a chance to grow into strong, resilient members of their community tomorrow.
A very different summer
In collaboration with different community organizations and to provide a creative and stimulating outlet in the current situation, children from our programs are participating in the Reporters on Bike project this summer. This project includes the publication of a weekly newspaper, Straight to the Point, available in print at our Friday market, and a podcast, The Chroniques du coeur de la Pointe, which is now live! Read the the latest issue of Straight to the Point. Or listen to the podcast.
DISCOVER OUR YOUTH PROGRAMS
Creative programs and academic support to build self-esteem and nurture success
Whether it’s academic support to keep children in school or creative programs for better self-esteem, our programs work together to nurture the overall development of youth and children within a safe, caring environment. Our goal is twofold: to provide a network of support they can count on right now; and to help them succeed and grow by giving them tools they need for the future.
