Come enjoy a good meal
Our community lunches are held twice a week in our newly renovated second-floor hall.
Please note that due to the current health crisis, we are not hosting any community lunches.

New community lunches held twice a week!
Following consultations with community members, Share the Warmth decided to close the Café while reevaluating the model and offering a more complete community lunch program twice a week in the newly renovated hall. As these lunches are held in our hall, we can welcome a lot more people. On average, we host close to 90 people per lunch. Everyone is welcome, and the lunches follow a pay-what-you-can model. The suggested contribution is $2, and the minimum contribution is $0.25.
The philosophy behind this program is to create a warm, welcoming space where people can socialize, make new friends and enjoy a healthy meal.
Schedule
Community lunches are held on Mondays and Thursdays between noon and 2 p.m. Please note that there are no community lunches on the first Monday and Thursday of the month.
Everyone is welcome. Voluntary contribution of $2. Minimum contribution of $0.25
Everyone is welcome
Just like our community market, the community lunches are based on a pay-what-you-can model. The suggested contribution is $2 but the minimum is just $0.25.
Pay what you can (PWYC) is a non-profit business model that does not depend on set prices for goods but is rather based on a customer’s ability to pay.
