In the heart of Montreal’s Southwest borough, our hall rental provides the perfect setting to celebrate your special event. Easily accessible by car or public transit, our event space is located close to downtown, the beautiful Lachine Canal and the bustling Atwater market.

A charming architectural and local heritage site

Built in 1891, our reception hall is housed on the second floor of the former Grace Church. Recently renovated, the reception hall conserved many of its original stain glass windows, rose windows and beautiful wooden vaults. Its neo-gothic inspired style evokes the golden age of Anglican churches in Montreal.

A multifunctional space for all your events

Weddings, seminars and conferences, anniversary parties, galas, fundraisers, community meals, birthday parties and more.. Our spacious hall can accommodate a variety of private, corporate or community events. Furthermore, the rental space can be adapted to your specific needs. Renting the hall to support the local community

Share the Warmth is a non-profit organization that is deeply rooted in the local community. As such, the profits from our social economy projects, including the hall rental, are re-invested into our many programs and services. By renting the Share the Warmth hall you are directly contributing to helping us fight poverty and hunger in the Southwest, and providing music classes and tutoring to youth and work training programs to often marginalized groups.

A rental space that is accessible to all

In line with the organization’s mission, the renting of our event space has been developed to ensure accessibility to all. As such, Share the Warmth members can rent the hall at a reduced rate.

OUR SPACES

FORTUNE HALL

3,200 square feet (64 ft. x 50 ft)

Capacity:

240 people – cocktail party style

160 people – banquet style

 

MEETING ROOM

450 square feet (25 ft. x 18 ft)

Capacity:

20 people – seated

 

 

You can also add our Mezzanine space to your hall rental. Located on the 2nd floor overlooking Fortune Hall, the mezzanine is a beautiful space to take pictures or to host a cocktail. The mezzanine can welcome 45 people in cocktail format (625 sq.ft – 25′ x 25′).
