Cooking workshops allow community members to get together, make a healthy meal together, and enjoy it in a wonderful atmosphere.
Members share simple recipes, explore new dishes and can savour a variety of foods around together.
If you don’t know how to cook, don’t worry, we do it all together!
Workshops take place over 12 week sessions for 8 to 12 participants and are animated by nutrition students from McGill Dietetics Department.
Cooking Workshops – and FOODFIT
These workshops include the FOODFIT program of the Community Food Centres of Canada (CFCC). Participants enjoy a meal, do a little light exercise together and are encouraged to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables during the week.

New Youth Cooking Program
Do you like to cook or would you like to learn how? Join Share the Warmth’s new cooking program, open to children 5 to 14 years of age (5-7-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult). We will cook, eat, get moving, and mostly have fun together. For more information or to register, please click here.
Workshops will take place on Saturdays from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Share the Warmth from March 18 to June 3, 2017.
- FALL session: registration starts in September
- WINTER session: registration starts in January
- SUMMER session: starts at the end of June and goes until August
